Sales reps: your best arguments are already in your calls
Dailies is a Chrome extension that records your video sales calls and cuts captioned vertical shorts from them, ready to post. Social selling wants you on video every week, and every hour spent filming yourself is an hour not spent selling. Yet you already make your best arguments in meetings, to real buyers: all that is left is to cut them out.

Which moments of a sales call make a good short?
A sales cycle comes down to a handful of calls, and each holds an answer you give better than anyone. Dailies reads every call from start to finish and keeps up to eight passages of 12 to 90 seconds that stand on their own, with no need to know anything about the deal.
Discovery
The prospect describes their problem and you put it better than they did. That thirty-second diagnosis speaks to everyone who has the same problem and has not called you yet.
The demo
You explain why a feature exists and what it saves people from, in the customer’s words and not the brochure’s. The short shows you explaining it, not the shared screen.
The objection
“It’s too expensive”, “we already have a tool”: you answer those ten times a month, a little better each time. Your prospects will see the best version of that answer before they have even raised the objection.
The decision
You sum up what was agreed and the next step. A clean way to close, which shows your future customers what buying from you is like.
Why start from your calls rather than a video shoot?
Your answers are already well rehearsed
When you have heard an objection a hundred times, you answer it better than any script would. On a call you have the pace, the examples and the tone of someone talking to a real buyer: exactly what a video filmed alone struggles to recapture.
Not a minute taken from prospecting
You block out no slot to film and none to edit. You hold your meetings; the shorts are ready a few minutes after you hang up, with silences, hesitations and false starts cut out.
Your prospects are not put on show
A short shows whoever is speaking. One switch blurs the people you talk to and disguises their voice, and you choose short by short what you download. Nothing is posted for you.
What kind of shorts can a sales rep post?
These are the kinds of titles a sales rep’s shorts carry. Each answers a question your buyers ask themselves before they book a meeting, and one you already deal with several times a week.

How does Dailies work?
Record the call you were going to have anyway.
Open your call in Chrome and press record. Dailies captures the call, your microphone and your webcam.
It finds the moments worth posting.
Dailies reads the whole call and keeps up to eight passages that stand on their own. Silences, filler and false starts are cut out.
Reframed for a phone, on whoever is speaking.
Each short fills the vertical frame with your webcam, or with your guest when they speak. One switch blurs your guests.
Captioned in fifteen flavors.
Pick a look once and every short follows: font, colours, motion, even the backdrop behind you.
One call, up to eight shorts.
Watch them a few minutes after you hang up, download the ones you like in Full HD, and post them on LinkedIn, TikTok, Reels or Shorts.
What about the confidentiality of your calls?
What I say on a call belongs to my clients: can I make shorts from it?
What your client paid for is an answer to their own situation, and that is not what Dailies looks for. It rates every passage on what it reveals that is private or confidential, turns down those that reveal something and keeps the ones that make sense outside the call: a piece of advice, a method, an opinion. That is a model’s judgement, not a guarantee. So nothing is posted for you: you watch every short, and when one does not suit you, you say why and Dailies leaves that subject out of your next calls. Your contract with your client remains the rule.
Nobody must know I work with this client: what do the shorts show?
One switch blurs your guests and disguises their voice in all your shorts; on a new account, it is on from the start. A short mostly shows you, explaining. That leaves what is said: if a passage names your client or describes their company, the blur changes nothing. That is why Dailies turns down the passages that reveal something private, and why you have the last word: a short Dailies proposes is not a short that is posted.
Do my calls stay stored on a server?
Your calls do reach a server, since Dailies has to receive them to cut your shorts from them, but the original files do not stay there: the sound and picture of a processed call are deleted 10 days after processing, 15 days at the latest. What stays is what your shorts are made of, that is, the only pieces of video they use, and the call’s transcript, until you delete the call, which you can do at any time. You choose which calls you record, and your recordings train no model.
Frequently asked questions
Can you record a sales call to make shorts from it?
Yes, as long as you tell the person you are talking to that the call is recorded: that is for you to do, before you begin. Dailies records, from your browser, the calls you hold in Chrome on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom, then cuts up to eight captioned vertical shorts from each.
Do my prospects appear in the shorts?
A Dailies short shows whoever is speaking: your webcam when you answer, the other person when they ask their question. One switch blurs your guests and disguises their voice. You then choose, short by short, what you download and post.
Does Dailies replace a sales call analysis tool?
No. Dailies writes neither notes on your calls nor an analysis of them, and it does not fill in your CRM. Dailies does one thing: captioned vertical shorts from the calls it records. For notes or sales coaching, you need another kind of tool.
Where should you post these shorts when you do social selling?
You download each Dailies short in Full HD and post it yourself: on LinkedIn, where your buyers often are, but also on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts. Dailies posts nothing for you.
Which languages does Dailies handle for sales calls?
Dailies handles calls in French and in English. Every short arrives captioned in one of fifteen styles; you pick yours once and for all.
