Dailies vs CreatifyThe Creatify alternative for people who promote what they know, not a product page
Creatify and Dailies both make short vertical videos without a shoot, for two different jobs. Creatify is an AI ad generator: give it a product page, and it writes the script, casts an AI avatar and produces ad variations you can launch on your ad accounts and measure. Dailies records the calls you hold in Chrome on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom and cuts captioned shorts from what you said in them. If what you promote is a product with a page, Creatify is built for that. If what you promote is what you know, and you explain it on calls every week, the footage already exists.

What Creatify does
Creatify is an AI ad platform for brands and agencies. Its URL to video feature turns a product page into video ads: an AI script writer drafts the text, one of more than 1,500 stock avatars says it, and a batch mode produces variations. Avatars lip-sync in more than 75 languages according to its site, and videos export in 9:16, 16:9 or 1:1. You can also make a custom avatar: its Bring Your Own Avatar feature creates a digital twin from a two to five minute video of a real person talking to the camera, submitted under its consent guidelines and reviewed by its team; an avatar can also come from a photo or a text description. Its ethics page says custom avatars are only made with the explicit consent of the person, and that its stock avatars are based on actors who consented in writing and are paid. Once ad accounts are connected, Creatify launches ads on social channels, runs A/B tests and reports spend, ROAS and click-through rate. It also offers AI Shorts from a script, a YouTube clip maker that auto-edits uploaded footage, image ads, an API and a French version of its site.
Where Dailies and Creatify differ
A product page, or a conversation
Creatify’s raw material is a product page or a script: the avatar says a text written to sell, and a batch mode produces as many variations as a campaign needs. Dailies has neither product page nor script. Its raw material is a call in which you explained something to a client; it picks the passages itself, cuts silences, filler words and false starts, and puts the question each short answers on a line above it. An ad says what an offer is. A short cut from a call shows how you think.
Ads to launch, shorts to post
Creatify continues after the video: it pushes ads live through your connected ad accounts, tests variations against each other and reports spend, ROAS and click-through rate. It is a tool for paid campaigns. Dailies stops at the file. You download each short in Full HD and post it yourself on LinkedIn, TikTok, Reels or Shorts; it does not post, schedule or measure anything.
Your own face in the video
To appear yourself in a Creatify video, its site describes Bring Your Own Avatar: you film two to five minutes talking to the camera, submit the footage following its consent guidelines, and its team reviews the submission. The twin then says the scripts you write. Dailies needs no footage filmed on purpose and creates no twin: it records your webcam on a track of its own during the call, and shows whoever speaks, you or your guest, whose tile it crops on their face.
What Creatify does with a recording
Creatify’s YouTube clip maker accepts raw footage you upload and auto-edits it into a clip. The pages we read do not describe picking the best passages of a long recording or reframing on the speaker, and we found no recording of a Google Meet, Teams or Zoom call on them. Dailies does only that: it records the call from a Chrome extension, with no bot joining, and delivers up to eight reframed, captioned shorts a few minutes later.
Questions people ask
Can Creatify record a Google Meet, Teams or Zoom call?
We found no call recording on the Creatify pages we read. Its videos start from a product page or a script, and its YouTube clip maker takes raw footage you upload. Dailies records the call itself, from a Chrome extension, and cuts shorts from it.
Can Creatify make an avatar of me?
Yes. Its Bring Your Own Avatar feature creates a digital twin from a two to five minute video of you talking to the camera. Its site says you submit the footage following its consent guidelines and that its team reviews the submission. Its ethics page adds that custom avatars are only made with the explicit consent of the person concerned.
Can Creatify clip a recording I already have?
Partly, from what its site describes. Its YouTube clip maker accepts raw footage you upload and auto-edits it into a clip. The pages we read do not say that it picks several passages from a long recording or reframes on the speaker.
Is Dailies a Creatify alternative for video ads?
No. Dailies makes no ad from a product page, generates no avatar and launches no campaign. It makes shorts from the calls you hold in Chrome, for you to post yourself. For paid ads about a product, Creatify is the right kind of tool.
Your next call already holds your next shorts.
Add Dailies to Chrome, record the call you were going to have anyway, and watch its shorts a few minutes after you hang up.
